I’m Tim Pentreath and I’ve been the main UK dealer of the XC Tracer range of varios since 2016. I always make sure the latest firmware and my custom tones are installed on every XCTracer before I ship them – if you’ve watched any of my videos on YouTube then you’ll already know what they sound like! I’m also your first port of call should you have any issues with your XCTracer.

We ship to the UK only. If you’re wanting delivery to a non-UK address then please order direct from the manufacturer’s website – www.xctracer.com

If I have units in stock then I will dispatch the units by next day Royal Mail Special Delivery within two days of your order. If I don’t have any stock then they can take up to a week to arrive from Switzerland.
